Flat Rate Pricing

At Modern Service and Anderson Service we offer Flat Rate Pricing to remove the confusion and frustration of additional job expenses when you receive a rate quote from us.

When you pay for work by the hour you may end up with slow or inefficient service. We use flat rating pricing so you never pay for slow work. Not every job has the same degree of difficulty, but you don’t have to pay a premium price because of it. All of our technicians are trained to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it right the first time.

With our flat rate pricing we remove the clock from the equation so our technicians don’t feel pressured to rush through a heating, air conditioning, plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical job. Rushing through a job can cause mistakes or mean that important details have been overlooked.

Our Standard Service Call Fees:

We charge a standard diagnostic fee for all on-site service calls which is payable to the technician at the time of service. These fees are:

Regular Business Hours:

  • Residential – $89.00
  • Commerical – $99.00

After Hours:

  • Residential – $106.00
  • Commerical – $116.00

These fees are waived for system replacement or other major work if you choose to do the work with Modern Service or Anderson Service.

Free Estimates:

We provide Free Estimates for system replacement and other major work. We will schedule an expert to come to your home or business to evaluate all of your comfort needs and provide you with several options for the work you are considering.
